Driving Directions

We are located one block west of ORMC.

In Odessa, if you take 8th street going west, you will turn at the Southern Maid Donut shop on 8th Street. We are two blocks away at the corner of 6th and Hancock.

From Midland, take IH 20 to Odessa. Take exit 116 toward Andrews/Crane/385, and turn right at US 385/S. Grant. Tuyrn right on 6th Street, and we are at the corner of 6th and Hancock.

Office Hours

Our offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday.

Dr. Fanous may find it necessary to refer you to a specialist. When a referral is made, we will schedule your appointment for you and ensure the specialist receives pertinent medical records.

Prescription Refills

For prescription refills, notify your pharmacy by phone with at least 24 hour advanced notice. They will call us for approval if necessary. Refills are available during office hours only.

Hospital Care

Dr. Fanous provides services at MCH and ORMC. You can find out more information about MCH and ORMC by visiting their web page.


Dr. Fanous uses Clinical Pathology Laboratory (CPL). If your insurance requires you to use a different lab please let our office know. Clinical Pathology provides a phlebotomist and a draw station in the convenience of our office.
